17th Annual Summer Building Week
June 23-27, 2008

Registration is now open for Summer Building Week! We hope you’ll be able to join us for all or part of Summer Building Week, June 23rd – 27th for a week of building relationships, houses, and community!

Please read all of the information carefully and follow the directions on how to complete the registration forms. Remember that space is limited, so participation is strictly first come, first served. We will not be accepting registration forms after the May 30, 2008 deadline so be sure to get your forms in on time.

Directions for Registering:

	Please type (preferred) or print legibly, using blue or black ink only. [Registration form]
	Print both Registration and Waiver of Liability forms.
	Read and sign Waiver of Liability form.
	Mail (DO NOT FAX OR E-MAIL) Registration and signed Waiver of Liability forms to:

Print the SBW Volunteer Orientation Manual and read through prior to your scheduled SBW work day.

Registration for Summer Building Week closes on Friday, May 30, 2008. No forms will be accepted after May 30, 2008. There will be no exceptions this year.

NOTE: Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Summer Building Week.
